Jeff Gribben Named CEO Of First Citizens Bank

First Citizens Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Gribben from President to President/Chief Executive Officer of First Citizens Bank, succeeding Marti T. Rodamaker, who remains Chairman of the Board.  

Jeff has been at First Citizens Bank for 24 years, most recently serving as President. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Buena Vista College in Storm Lake and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). A Mason City native, he is a graduate of Newman Catholic High School. He has four adult children. 

Jeff currently serves as chairman of the SHAZAM Board of Directors and is a member of the Executive, Risk and Audit, Compensation, and Steering Committees for Shazam; a member of the North Iowa Corridor Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors; and a member of the Independent Community Bankers of America Large Bank Committee. Previously Jeff has served on the Iowa Bankers Insurance Services (IBIS) Board and was a past Chairman; he was a Board member and Executive Committee member of the Mason City Chamber of Commerce; he was a Board member and Past Chairman of the Newman Catholic Foundation Board; he was active in the Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) program through Community Bankers of Iowa; and has served in numerous local volunteer positions supporting non-profit organizations in the community.
