Why eStatements?

  • It’s Free!
  • Receive them electronically within Online Banking on the same date each month based on your statement cycle. No more waiting for paper statements to arrive in the mail!
  • View them on any device, at any time, whenever it’s convenient for you. Thirteen months of statements are available in Online Banking to view at a time.
  • Store them by saving them to your computer, external hard drive, or using whatever method you prefer, to keep them organized and secure. That way you have access to all your statements for future reference. (Note: The IRS can go back as far as seven years when doing audits.)

Note: Online Banking is required to sign up for eStatements. Basic Checking customers who receive paper statements get charged a $5.00 statement fee plus tax as applicable

Q: Can I print my eStatements from my tablet/smartphone?

Yes, but you cannot print from our FCB mobile app. You have to login on our website within an internet browser on your tablet/smartphone and print from there.

Q: Is there a certain tool or software needed to view eStatements?

PDF reader (most web browsers/devices come with default PDF readers.
