As a First Citizens Bank customer with a checking account, your Greenlight subscription is FREE*.

How do I sign up for my FREE* Greenlight subscription?

If you’re a First Citizens Bank customer with a checking account and mobile banking, you can sign up for your FREE* subscription within our FCB Mobile app. For current First Citizens customers already using Greenlight, call Greenlight Support at 888-483-2645 and ask to be added to the First Citizens Bank program.

Do parents and kids access their Greenlight account from different apps?

Yes! Parents will be able to access it through our FCB Mobile app for a more seamless and integrated experience. Kids will be able to access it through the Greenlight app. Parents and kids will have different experiences and controls.

Are Greenlight accounts FDIC insured?
