  1. Login to mobile banking via our FCB Mobile app. Don't have it yet? Sign up for mobile banking now.
  2. Go to the "Greenlight" widget and follow the instructions.

For current First Citizens customers already using Greenlight:

Call Greenlight Support at 888-483-2645 and ask to be added to the First Citizens Bank program.
