Our Credit Monitoring Service provides alerts and reports when activity takes place in your credit file such as new account, credit inquiries, payment delinquencies, change of address, etc.
You are provided with a team of Credit Specialists who:
- Are trained to answer your data questions
- Can submit disputes on your behalf, saving you time
- Are available Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 7:00pm CST
What does this service cost?
ID TheftSmart™ Credit Monitoring Service costs $8.00 per month*, per person. The monthly fee must be paid via direct debit from your First Citizens checking or savings account.
What do I do after I submit an enrollment form?
You will be sent a letter in the mail that will include your member number and instructions to create your account. You will need to enter your member number, last name, and zip code.
