What does this service cost?

ID TheftSmart™ Credit Monitoring Service costs $8.00 per month*, per person. The monthly fee must be paid via direct debit from your First Citizens checking or savings account.

Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that my First Citizens account stated above will be deducted $8.00 on the last business day of each month for my enrollment in the ID TheftSmart™ Credit Monitoring Service. I understand that I may cancel my enrollment at any time by notifying First Citizens Bank in person, writing, email, or by phone.

What do I do after I submit an enrollment form?

You will be sent a letter in the mail that will include your member number and instructions to create your account. You will need to enter your member number, last name, and zip code.
